1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lexi Cloud platform, provided by Lexi Global Sdn Bhd (201901041504 / 1350834-A), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Domain Registration

Lexi Cloud acts as a reseller for domain registration services. All domain registrations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Registry and ICANN. Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is complete.

3. SSL Certificates

SSL certificates are issued by third-party Certificate Authorities. Users are responsible for providing accurate information for certificate issuance and maintaining their own server security.

4. Email Services

Our mailbox services are provided for professional business use. Any use for spamming, illegal activities, or violation of our acceptable use policy may result in immediate suspension.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments for domain registrations and renewals are generally non-refundable due to registry policies. SSL certificates and other services may be eligible for a refund within specific window periods as defined in our refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lexi Global Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
