Refund Policy

1. Domain Registrations and Renewals
Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals are generally **non-refundable**. This is due to ICANN and registry policies where fees are paid immediately to secure the domain. Once a domain name is registered, it cannot be "un-registered" for a refund.
2. SSL Certificates
SSL certificates may be eligible for a refund within a **7-day window** from the date of purchase, provided the certificate has not been fully issued or if it was issued but can be revoked by the Certificate Authority. Requests after 7 days are not eligible for a refund.
3. Professional Email Services
Annual email subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within **7 days** of the initial purchase. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled to avoid future billing cycles.
4. Credit Wallet Top-ups
Top-ups to your Lexi Cloud credit wallet are generally non-refundable. Credits can be used for any service on the platform but cannot be withdrawn as cash once a successful transaction has occurred.
5. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or credited to your Lexi Cloud wallet, at our discretion. Processing times vary by payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please open a support ticket via your dashboard specifying the order UUID and the reason for the request. Our billing team will review your case according to these terms.
